SMP multi-port and throttle body injectors are manufactured in both pintle and disc styles here in Greenville. Engineering capabilities include solid model drafting, magnetic FEA modeling, reverse engineering, stress analysis modeling, fast prototyping (SLA) and digital performance analysis. We maintain extensive testing facilities in order to maintain the precise quality required for these sensitive fuel system components. We perform exhaustive testing that includes but is not limited to hazardous fuel durability, thermal cycling, salt corrosion, Stoddard spray, and life testing.

Our fuel injection unit has unmatched engineering and R&D. We've been working with market leaders in the alternative fuel industry to develop a fuel injection system for them. Recent developments include a CNG injector that allows an engine to run on compressed natural gas, decreasing our dependence on foreign oil and reducing green house emissions. In this facility we have also re-engineered a regular gasoline fuel injector for use in a diesel application that will reduce the carcinogenic particulates in diesel exhaust. We have also partnered with the racing community to develop a more powerful, higher flow injector.

Throughout our Greenville facility, a strong effort is made to recycle fluids, metals and all other reusable materials with a commitment to recycling all unused scrap parts so they may find a new life elsewhere.
